Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates unless MotoArk expressly states that a specific time is guaranteed.
1. Scope
This Delivery & Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through MotoArk. Delivery may be fulfilled by MotoArk, a verified seller, or a third-party logistics provider coordinated through the MotoArk platform.
The delivery option, fee and estimated timeframe available for an order depend on product location, size, weight, seller readiness, customer location and logistics-provider capacity.
2. Delivery Areas
MotoArk primarily serves customers in the United Arab Emirates. Delivery to additional countries may be enabled for selected products where expressly shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to additional carrier, customs, tax, import and documentation requirements.
3. Delivery Options and Estimated Times
MotoArk aims to provide accurate delivery estimates, but traffic, seller preparation, weather, road restrictions, carrier capacity, customs, force majeure and other circumstances outside reasonable control may cause delays.
- Express / rapid delivery may be offered for eligible products and locations, including same-day or short delivery windows.
- Standard delivery is available where express delivery is not suitable or selected.
- Oversized, heavy, fragile, high-value or remotely located items may require specialist transport and longer handling times.
- The delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate unless MotoArk expressly states that a specific timeframe is guaranteed.
4. Order Processing and Seller Readiness
An order may require seller confirmation, picking, quality/identity checks, packaging and handover before dispatch. MotoArk may contact the customer if additional vehicle, location or delivery information is required. If a seller cannot fulfil an order, MotoArk may offer an alternative part or cancel and refund the affected item.
5. Delivery Charges
Applicable delivery charges will be shown at or before checkout where technically available. MotoArk may subsidise, waive or include delivery charges in the product price at its discretion. Special handling, remote-area, oversized or international charges may apply where disclosed before confirmation.
6. Customer Address and Contact Information
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, location details and reachable telephone number. MotoArk and its logistics partners may contact the customer to confirm directions, access, timing or proof of delivery.
Additional reasonable costs caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to receive, inaccessible location or customer-requested redirection may be charged to the customer where permitted and communicated.
7. Inspection on Delivery
Customers should inspect the package and visible condition of the item as soon as reasonably possible. If there is visible transport damage, a wrong item or an obvious shortage, the customer should preserve the packaging and notify MotoArk promptly, preferably within 48 hours, with photographs or video. This requested reporting period is intended to preserve delivery evidence and does not waive mandatory legal rights.
8. Proof of Delivery and Transfer of Risk
Delivery may be evidenced by recipient signature, OTP, photograph, carrier scan, geolocation or other reasonable proof. Risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the customer upon completed physical delivery to the customer or an authorised recipient, except to the extent loss or damage is attributable to MotoArk, the seller or the delivery provider or where applicable law provides otherwise.
9. Failed or Refused Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery without a valid reason, supplies incorrect information or fails to provide necessary access, MotoArk may arrange redelivery, return the item to the seller or cancel the order. Reasonable additional delivery/return charges may be deducted or charged where permitted and disclosed.
10. Large, Heavy and Fragile Automotive Parts
Engines, transmissions, body panels, glass, axles and other large or fragile items may require palletised or specialist transport. Delivery may be to a workshop, loading area or accessible ground-level location. The customer must ensure that suitable unloading equipment, access and personnel are available where the carrier service does not include unloading.
11. International Delivery
Where international delivery is enabled, the customer is responsible for ensuring the item may lawfully be imported into the destination country. Customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees, inspections and local charges may be payable by the customer unless expressly included at checkout. International delivery estimates are subject to customs and carrier processing.
12. Delays and Force Majeure
MotoArk is not responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, governmental action, customs holds, war, civil disturbance, telecommunications failure, cyber incidents, strikes or carrier disruption. MotoArk will use reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and offer an appropriate solution where fulfilment becomes impossible.
13. Returns Following Delivery
Returns, incorrect deliveries, damaged items and warranty claims are governed by the MotoArk Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy. Customers should not return an item directly to a seller or courier without MotoArk return instructions.
14. Contact
