Our Marketplace Standard
MotoArk is more than a listing board. We establish minimum marketplace standards, verify participating sellers, provide secure transaction records, administer customer claims and require sellers to comply with MotoArk return and functional-warranty requirements.
Eligible functional used parts carry at least the MotoArk minimum functional warranty, while individual sellers may offer longer warranty periods. Seller-specific protection is displayed with the relevant listing or order information.
Why Genuine Pre-Owned OEM Parts
A genuine pre-owned OEM part can provide an alternative to a new genuine component while retaining the original manufacturer design and fitment characteristics, subject to the condition and suitability of the individual part. MotoArk aims to make that market easier to navigate by improving identification, seller accountability and transaction support.
